Would you like to delete your account? You can delete your account permanently in a few steps.

What you will need

• Every user has the ability to delete or request to delete their account at any time.

• Users may also contact Happy Ride or Happy Driver customer support to request to correct, or delete any personal information that users have provided.

  • Customer support for Happy Driver: driversupport@happyrider.us

• Please note, however, that Happy Ride or Happy Driver may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

Delete your account

You can delete your Happy Ride or Happy Driver account using the mobile app.
Warning: If you delete your account, all stored information will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

To delete your account (same steps for both Happy Ride or Happy Driver):
1. Click Profile menu on the bottom navigation.
2. Scroll all the way down and click Delete Account.
3. Confirm that you want to delete your account on a popup dialog.
4. Click Yes button.
